Recognize emergencies.
Initiate care.

SAVE A LIFE.

In the United States, less than 50% of individuals who go into cardiac arrest in public are given CPR before the ambulance arrives. We are here to change that.

Our VISION

SAVING LIVES MADE SIMPLE

Bystander Trainings:

We strive to provide first-aid education for bystanders on topics such as hands-only CPR, stroke recognition, bleeding control, naloxone administration, and more. We have held trainings at a wide range of locations, including parks, fairs, churches, schools, and workplaces. We seek to create bubbles of trainers and educated bystanders across the nation, who are dedicated to making a difference in their community.

Community Paramedicine Initiatives:

We strive to recognize disparities in communities and implement preventative or supportive measures. Our BCON Kit initiative seeks to provide BCON equipment and training to organizations. We have also held virtual trainings to increase accessibility to live, guided CPR trainings. We aim to improve the availability of first-aid educational resources availability in public areas, crossing language and cultural barriers.

Evidence-Based Emergency Medicine:

We strive to disseminate evidence-based clinical recommendations regarding pre-hospital care through social media, educational videos, newsletters. Journal clubs held by university chapters allow for discussion and analysis of literature within emergency medicine and related fields. We seek to encourage individuals to integrate evidence-based practices from research studies into the decision-making process.

I was an attendee at one of your training sessions and I just wanted to thank you all for doing what you do. I had to recently use the CPR training I learned at your event on a close childhood friend while playing golf. He ended up surviving, and I truly believe it is because of the training I got from your organization. Without the training, I would not have known what to do in the situation, but it allowed me to act without hesitation

The CPR video reinforced what the trainers presented to the audience. Feedback was positive in learning how to manage an infant choking, application of AED. The audience verbalizes informative u0026 they would not have had the time to go to a full-day course for CPR u0026 Choking. They were very pleased with this opportunity during our support group. Thank you for the support our parents need.

The trainers ability to relate to us “older Americans” was very good. A few times they were asked to clarify a term or word and they did so very clearly. It was evident that they wanted us to understand each step along the way. The feedback has been very positive, and everyone felt that they learned some thing that could help them contribute to a positive outcome. The MedicZero Training was definitely the right fit for our community.

This presentation was part of a larger event where we had approximately 450 attendees. The presenters did a great job sharing tips and techniques to the attendees at a table, as one of our community resources. We really appreciated MedicZero participating at this event. Thank you!
